One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had for ANY company and certainly for any pest control company. Jeremy is my pest guy and he is extremely knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile and sprayed my car! They went around my house and completely removed 29 wasp nests… so the job was not easy! He took care of it all and I have not seen one bug anywhere since then. Every other company tried to suck me into monthly payments for services I only got once a quarter, but these guys were upfront and didn’t try to pull me into a contract. My husband is at work during the day, but I felt completely safe with Jeremy in my home. There is a reason they are the only 5 star company on Google. The whole experience was fantastic and I will recommend them to everybody!

I highly recommend Forest Pest Control. I wanted to give it some time before writing my review, and the service has been impeccable from the very first visit until the 3rd. They really care for their clients and fix the root of the problem. Kudos to Jeremy and the team.-Amanda

I have a serious carpenter ant issue and I called around and absolutely no one would come out to help me on a Saturday which meant I'd have swarms of huge carpenter ants scaling my house all Easter weekend. I finally got to this company and called them and the gentleman was so nice and sent a technician out the same day!!! I could not believe it, my nightmare was going to come to an end! I hadn't slept in days with these ants all over my house!!The technician was very professional and super nice. He even went up in my attic to check for bugs!!This company and the men who work here are absolute angels!!!!P.S. he did NOT ask for a review but I was inspired to write one.

Joshua came out to do a spray for roaches we have been seeing for a couple weeks. Joshua explained the service he was providing and worked hard to service my home. Joshua is a very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The experience from start to finish was easy and super professional. Price was fair compared to the chain companies. I will be continuing business with Forest Pest for any future events, Thank you Joshua!

Called on a Sunday and got a great response that they would be out first thing on Monday morning. When they came out they explained everything in great detail. Pulling wall plates on various parts of the house and doing a very thorough job. Scraped the mud wasps nest off the building and making sure that all the window areas were treated for penetration of possible bugs. I was recuperating from a recent motorcycle accident and was unable to move anything in preparation and they were very accommodating - above and beyond. I see why they have a 5 star rating.

Josh did a great job with follow up for whatever we needed. We have an RV with small spaces, nooks, and crannies everywhere. He took his time and worked with us to meet this challenge.

I called Forest Pest Control to help me with this huge ant colony in my backyard! They gave me an appointment time and explained what I should expect the day of my appointment and followed up with an email. The email reiterated what I was told on the phone and included a picture of the technician! On the day of the appointment the technician pictured in my email showed on time, inspected and serviced my property on the same day! I’m completely satisfied with my choice on Forest Pest Control. The price is great too!
