I can't say enough good things about Forest Pest Control. They provide exceptional customer service and can solve even the most challenging rodent and pest problems.I first contacted them a little over a year ago for a severe German cockroach infestation at one of my rental properties. Several larger pest control companies told me they either wouldn't take the job or couldn't guarantee success because German cockroaches are notoriously difficult to eliminate, especially in a connected townhouse.Jeremy and his team took the time to explain the differences between German cockroaches and other species, walked me through their treatment approach, and explained how they would monitor and maintain the property over time. Their pricing was fair, so I decided to give them a chance.Danny, our technician, was outstanding. He always communicated before visits, was available to answer questions, got to know the family living in the home, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. The tenants moved out a few months ago, and when I went in to clean the property, I didn't see a SINGLE cockroach. That was all the proof I needed that their treatment worked!I was so impressed with their professionalism and dedication that I hired Forest Pest Control for my own home. Jeremy, the owner, came out for a free inspection and quickly discovered squirrels in my attic in addition to my other pest concerns. He showed me photos, educated me on what was happening, and developed a comprehensive treatment plan.Lucas, my technician, has been equally impressive. He is incredibly thorough, communicates every step of the process, and has an impressive depth of knowledge. At one visit, he even identified that my neighbor had bats based solely on the sounds he heard!Forest Pest Control has earned my trust for both my rental property and my own home. They are knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly care about their customers. We were starting to see the Mud Dauber wasp nests around our property and hearing them in the eaves of our home. Did a quick Google search for a Local Family owned Pest control company to take of this issue. We were BLESSED to find Forest Pest Control and they got us on their schedule immediately.Josh arrived ON TIME for our appointment. He took the time to listen to our issue, suggest a plan and describe the work at length. Josh spent no less than two hours going over every inch of our home inside and out inspecting, baiting, removing nests and webs and spraying for the pests.He then took the time to go over everything he did and even came back out two weeks later to ensure there were No lingering issues.VERY Professional, Respectful and Knowledgeable about what he does.THANK You Forest Pest Control 😎🌴😎🌴

Genuinely impressed with Forest Pest control! They have been significantly more thorough than any other pest control service we've used. They were very friendly, reasonably priced, and spent a good hour+ here the on the first visit, thoroughly treating inside and outside, including the attic. They removed wasp nests and even sprayed our second story eaves to remove spider webs - way more above and beyond what the other 2 previous pest control services we hired did. I would highly recommend!

We had a concern with rodents and sought out 3 pest control companies. Listening and learning from each one, Josh, I felt, was the most knowledgeable and basically offered the same fix as the other two, but offered even more security for our crawl space and lanai! Funny thing he was less than the others. The kicker was, he was friendly and understanding. The others seemed as though they would secure the crawl space, but you heard it in their voice and mannerisms that they did not want to do it.

Just switched my pest control service to Forest Pest Control. Josh was out to do the initial service. He was so professional and did a very thorough job. I’m very glad a made the change. Looking forward to a long and positive relationship with them.

My technician has treated my home & found the source of my roach and ant issue. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual!! This is the first time I’ve hired professionals and I’m glad to have chosen this company.

Really appreciate how prompt there service was. Called on a Friday and they were out by Saturday morning very accommodating. We had a nest of ants and seasonal bugs that flooded our outside sitting area and they were able to contain what was going on and even followed up to make sure that it was under control.

These guys wrote the book on customer service. They answer their phone (a human!), return after hour messages and come to the house quickly, if needed. Lucas is a pleasure to deal with when he treats my house and Jeremy & Jessie are great also. They do an all around great job. A local company that beats the big guys. I would highly recommend Forest Pest Control for your pest treatment and termite protection.

I was concerned when I started to hear wasps near my bedroom window and I called Forest Pest when I saw they were a Family Owned business. They were incredible helpful in explaining the options and added me on the schedule for the earliest time they had, despite the hour drive. Danny came out, and was very professional and kind during the process. He was informative while he was working and gave me tips for future visits. I would highly recommend the company for their swiftness and professionalism. Ask for Danny if possible!

I highly recommend Forest Pest Control for residential and/or commercial property! They are always on time and friendly. They communicate with you on when they will arrive and who will be at the appointment with a picture. They have corrected the pest problem so quickly using the correct product for my pest problem and they even follow-up to make sure that I am not seeing any more pests. Fabulous up-front pricing and no hidden fees. Great company!!

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had for ANY company and certainly for any pest control company. Jeremy is my pest guy and he is extremely knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile and sprayed my car! They went around my house and completely removed 29 wasp nests… so the job was not easy! He took care of it all and I have not seen one bug anywhere since then. Every other company tried to suck me into monthly payments for services I only got once a quarter, but these guys were upfront and didn’t try to pull me into a contract. My husband is at work during the day, but I felt completely safe with Jeremy in my home. There is a reason they are the only 5 star company on Google. The whole experience was fantastic and I will recommend them to everybody!

I had another great experience with Forest Pest Control. The technician, Daniel Rodriguez, was very friendly, professional, and responsible throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain the whole process step by step and answered all my questions honestly. I really appreciated how transparent he was and that nothing felt hidden.One of the main reasons I decided to call Forest Pest Control again was because they previously did an excellent job inspecting my previous home before I put it up for sale. We had a fly infestation on a Saturday. The 1st company i called said I had to sign a year's service contract. No thank you. I called Forest Pest and he could tell how upset I was. He was here in 20 minutes. Took care of issue and came back for a follow up. They were reasonably priced, considerate, professional and just plain nice. 5 stars all the way.

We had a problem with carpenter ants and now we don't thanks to Josh.

I am beyond pleased with the service I've received from Forest Pest Control. When I requested an estimate via their website, I got a response within an hour or two (on a Saturday, no less). I was able to schedule service quickly and they worked around my schedule. Costs and services were clearly communicated from the beginning so I felt confident signing a contract. Our tech, Josh, is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When he's at the house, I feel safe and comfortable to go about my business while he works. I really couldn't ask for anything more from my experience. I'm a big fan of small business and these guys are a great example why.
